Hello everyone, my name is Ambrose, im 19 years old and im trans. Im looking to get life saving surgery (in about a year or two) so i can live my full authentic self and finally be completely happy :,)

Sadly nhs waiting times are over a decade wait for top surgery which i cannot afford to wait for and have decided to go private but i would need some help the funds as surgery is not cheap. I am able to put some towards this cause (every penny i have) and i would really appreciate it if i could get some more support and love
