Surgeries for Madigan

My Name is Martha Hurd and my 5 month old Irish Wolfhound puppy has an unforeseen, serious medical condition.
Madigan became a member of my family over a month ago and I recently discovered that one of growth plates in each of his front legs have closed prematurely. This will increase the pressure on his bones and if left untreated his legs will become deformed and he will live out his remaining years with tremendous pain.
The only treatment that will make a difference is to have multiple surgeries to lengthen the bones that are not growing. The surgeries will be spaced out over the next year, until he stops growing. I have been told that each surgery is about $3, 000 dollars. Because he is a growing puppy, the surgeries must happen immediately, with the first surgery scheduled on this upcoming Tuesday - 2/20/2018.
The immediate reality of this situation has brought me to ask for help from those who can afford to do so and who understand that I love my puppy, I do not want to live with out him, and cannot stand to see him unhealthy and in pain.
