Support for Xandon
Donation protected
It is time to rally our support for the Slone family as Xandon kicks cancer's a&&!
It was recently discovered that Xandon has two tumors on his spine. Surgery is not an option so radiation has already started and will continue five days a week for five weeks. Chemotherapy will happen for five days in a row and then a couple of weeks off. Once he has completed radiation and two rounds of chemo they will assess the tumors again.
Xandon and the Slone family are in the hands of the best doctor's Michigan has to offer (GO BLUE!!!). He is being treated by the same team of doctors and nurses he had last time. His team is very confident about his treatment and expectations for recovery. Xandon may even decide to return to his classes at Albion College if he is feeling up to it, though he must not be around anyone who is sick. (Heads up if you are around him or try to send them something and you or someone in your house is ill!)
Natalie and Willie will be taking Xandon back and forth to Ann Arbor five days a week for his treatment. There is no specific goal, every little bit of help we can offer to ease the burden of transportation costs, medical expenses, and to support Natalie and Willie as they take time off work to be there for Xandon will make a difference.
Your support, love, and prayers during this time are greatly appreciated. Feel free to leave a note on this page, the Slone family will see it and are grateful for the love of our community!
If you have any questions for me directly feel free to send me a message on here.
