Cancer.  We’ve all heard the word but when you hear it and the doctors say you have it, the conversations sounds more like CANCER!! Wonk wonk blah, Blah blah wonk . . . You don’t remember anything that comes after the “C” word.  Then you call your family and tell them you have the “C” word but can’t tell them anything else because you didn’t hear anything after the doctor said “Cancer”.

That’s what happened to Traci . . . on July 10th, our cousin and our sister had that same conversation with her doctor and her family.  In a few short weeks, Traci went from living independently in Florida to moving to back home so she could start treatment at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.  She is blessed to be able to live back among family but this diagnosis has made her give up her job.  While she has her treatments, she can’t actively seek work, but her bills continue to accumulate and her savings is about depleted.

We are asking for financial support to help her with moving and living expenses and to help her continue to manage her bills until she can return to work.
