Hey everyone! My name is Nicholas Tanner, Co-Owner of Forward Physio, a performance physical therapy clinic that operates out of Flex and Flow.

On Wednesday, December 10th, there was a fire and subsequently, flooding at Flex and Flow. This fire and flooding caused tens of thousands worth of damage to the gym and has kept the doors closed, creating lost business.

I’m making this GoFundMe for Murph and Kierstin, the owners of Flex and Flow. Not only are they both Veterans, but they are the most genuine and kind people you will ever have the pleasure of meeting.

They didn’t just create a gym in Flex and Flow; they created a community. As someone who loves and is a big part of this community, I feel compelled to help give back in a time of need for Murph and Kierstin.
