We are on a mission to bring high-quality early childhood education to our community through Smarty Pants Montessori. We’ve been navigating through the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation, and Parks (MECP) process, which has presented unforeseen issues, resulting in additional expenses that are putting the future of our school at risk.

The costs associated with MECP compliance requirements have skyrocketed beyond our original projections, with engineers, environmental consultants, and contractors needing to be hired to comply with strict regulations. In addition to these compliance costs, delays in obtaining the necessary approvals have affected our construction timeline, adding even more financial strain to an already stretched budget.
