Let's Beat Breast Cancer With Inez

On November 26, 2014, our Inez found out she had Triple Negative breast cancer, which unfortunately is considered a very aggressive cancer with poor prognosis. Weeks after her diagnosis she was also declared BRCA1 positive, which is an inherited gene mutation which her mother carried and passed on to her. About 5-10% of Breast Cancers in the U.S are linked to this mutation. Inez started battling the cancer with chemotherapy three months ago and has had great success responding to treatment but she needs our help to continue the treatment that includes additional chemotherapy and three surgeries. In creating this page for her we hope to relieve some of the unnecessary financial hardships she and her family have been faced with throughout her difficult journey.
