In August 2014, Dripping Springs Elementary was blessed to welcome Michael Kryszak, a 5th grade teacher, our family. Mr. K brings a sense of fun and excitement to our campus and his 5th Grade Team.  Since August, we have all come to love working with Mr. K.  Not only has he made wonderful connections with his colleagues, but he has done the same with his students. We are deeply saddened to hear that Mr. K was recently diagnosed with Colon Cancer. While we know Mr. K will face this challenge with great courage and positivity, we would like to proudly show our support to one of our own. As he faces the journey ahead to beat this awful disease, we are asking for your help to support him along the way. We would like to help honor Mr. K's decision to take time away from the classroom walls while he undergoes treatment at this time. In the next coming weeks, Mr. K will be facing some of the most challenging days ahead, and we'd like to lessen the stress and burden of medical bills.
