Mark's fighting cancer - help us!

Simply put...I'm praying and hoping others will see what they can spare to help my parents, Mark and Ann Weisz. My dad was diagnosed with stage 4 prostate cancer 2 years and 9 months ago. He has fought so much that research and educational videos on how to win his battle with cancer consumed his time like a full time job. Due to his condition and many back surgeries for fractured vertebrae, combined with breaks and fractures in many bones in his body from the cancer he could no longer work. My dad is in horrible pain all the times. Over the last almost 3 years he has been treated at the cancer treatment center, with some good expensive insurance, until now bills haven't piled up. On November 21st my dad became paralyzed from a rapidly growing tumor growing around his spinal cord. He has been in the hospital for 15 days. My parents have only enough money to pay their regular bills for another month (not including what medical bills and debt will be). He is going to be moved to skilled nursing home (approx 3 month will cost $14,000) for some rehab hoping they can control his pain and skill him to be able to eventually be able to use a wheel chair with assistance. Doctors anticipate hospice will also be coming into play very soon. If you haven't been through this, you will be scared to learn that for a middle of the road hospice facility, the daily fees for room and board come to $6,000/month. Insurance and Medicare do not cover room and board. This doesn't even cover medicines! My dad is so concerned with leaving my mom in a position where their home and other things will be taken. My dad is a proud man and his cancer has been somewhat private. Now, we need help. I'm crying for help for them!! My dad is so proud and would never ask, but without help we risk my mom and dads home being lost and his care needs leaving us with a tremendous amount of debt and expenses.
