Lucy Pesina is like every other typical 21 year old young lady. She woke up, decided what cute outfit to wear, curled her hair and went to her appointment.

At her appointment Lucy was diagnosed with Stage IV, Hodgkin's Lymphoma.   She no longer is in that comfortable category of a "typical 21 year old young lady".  Lucy is tired, she is in pain and she is scared.

After weeks of testing, biopsy's and surgery it has been determined that the cancer had taken over her Lymphatic system in all her body, she also has some cancer in her hip bones and some in her liver.  She starts Chemotherapy this week.

Marisela Pesina is Lucy's mom.  She has been a friend of mine for years.  She spent hours helping me do a fundraiser to help my parents as my dad went through months and months of hell fighting the same nasty bitch we call Cancer.

My personal goal is to raise $5000 to help Marisela with the out of pocket medical costs for Lucy as they fight this long and painstaking fight.  All proceeds will be used for medical and expenses to go back and forth to appointments.
