Supporting Mercedes's Journey with DCIS Diagnosis

For most of my life, my health journey has included managing recurring cysts in my breasts. While always a constant bother, they've never truly impacted my quality of life. That changed recently during a routine check-up when I received a diagnosis of DCIS (Ductal Carcinoma In Situ) Stage 0 breast cancer. After careful consideration and consultation, the path forward involves a double mastectomy.

The past few months have been a rollercoaster, but through it all, my incredible family, friends, and coworkers have wrapped me in a blanket of unwavering support. As my surgery date approaches, so many of you have kindly asked how you can help.
