Justin Goldsmith has been battling Cystic Fibrosis for an astounding 37 years. That battle has finally taken its toll, and he now needs new lungs. Justin is in the process of getting a lung transplant due to CF.

Justin needs our help. He is in dire need of a lung transplant, and though he has insurance, many day to day expenses are just not taken care of.
