Dear Friends and family,       As you all know I've been a VOULENTEER for the American Cancer Society Relay for Life. I've had the honor of being the Survivor Lead. And have had the HONOR to meet so many wonderful Survivors and learn about their story! But this story hit home, let me share a story about a good family friend of mine. His name is Jesse Santos, he’s a husband, father and grandfather. He is so loved by so many and anyone who comes in contact with him. Jesse was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. He and his family were not ready to hear this! Never the less he was told. For those of us that know Jesse, he has one hell of a since of humor, and still using it to get that smile and laughter! but best of all he is a caring person. He has helped so many in different ways, from money, food, work and even an ear to listen. As we all know it’s not easy to continue working and brining in the money when you are going to chemo almost every day. He is a proud man and has worked very hard to provide for his family and others when needed. So this is where I'm asking that we as friends and family and a community play an important role in the Santos family life. I’m setting up a fund so that they can be able to buy groceries, meds, and bills that they have been coming across, let’s show them how much we care and help in this time of need. I’m sure Jesse would be doing the same for anyone of us if he had to. Thank you for your time and support in this difficult time in their life. I will keep my promise to continue the fight and walk the walk in helping my heroes with cancer! As Jesse has said we will get through this! Love you all Ermine Teran
