Hello and thank you for considering a donation.. My family and I are currently trying to raise money for a handsome 1 year old boy of the name Dylan. He is son of my cousin Janette and her husband Danny.

Dylan has a 95% diagnosis. He has hereditary myopathy with early respiratory failure, limb-gridle, muscular dystrophy type 2J, onset myopathy with fatal cardio myopathy.
(Dylan tiene un diagnostico de 95%. El tiene miopatia hereditaria con insuficiencia respiratoria temprana , extremidad - gridle , distrofia muscular tipo 2J , miopatia inicio con miopatia cardiovascular fatal)


Muscular Dystrophy is causing abnormal genes to interfere with the production of proteins needed to form healthy muscle in Dylan's body, therefore this creates weakness and loss of muscle mass to his entire body. 
(La distrofia muscular es la causa de los genes anormales para interferir con la producción de proteínas necesarias para formar musculo sano en el cuerpo de Dylan, por lo tanto, esto crea debilidad y perdida de masa muscular)


Unfortunately there is NO cure for this muscular disorder. Medications and therapy can help manage symptoms and slow the course of the disease.
(Desafortunadamente, no hay cura para este trastorno muscular. Los medicamentos y la terapia pueden ayudar a controlar los sintomas y retardar el curso de la enfermedad)


Dylan is not able to get a lung or heart transplant for the early respiratory failure/fatal cardio myopathy because his body would do the same to the new set of lungs and heart.
(Dylan no es capaz de obtener un transplante de pulmon o corazon para porque su cuerpo podría hacer lo mismo con el nuevo par de pulmones y corazon)


He will have cardio work done to see if his heart is still healthy or if it has begun to harden. The doctors did say as long as his heart and lungs continue to be in good working condition that his muscle dystrophy can be managed with pain medication, walker/wheelchair. However, if his lungs and heart begin to fail we won't have much time left with him. The doctors have advised my cousin to continue daily therapy. 4-6 hours a day. They've also asked them to make a space where he can play/therapy to keep his heart and lungs as healthy as possible. 
(Van a ver si su corazon sigue siendo sano o si ha empezado a endurecerse. Los doctores dicen que con solo que sus pulmones y corazon esten bien se puede controlar con medicamentos para el dolor, caminador/ silla de ruedas. Sin embargo, si sus pulmones y el corazón comienzan a fallar, no nos queda mucho tiempo con Dylan . Los médicos han aconsejado a mi prima que continue la terapia diaria . 4-6 horas al día. Tambien hemos pedido que se haga un espacio en donde Dylan pueda hacer sus terapias en casa).


They are planning to convert their garage into a therapy room, to help his little heart and lung stay healthy. So please, I am asking for any little donation to help with the medical bills, the therapy room they will be building, medications and or other things they will be needed during this rough time.

Asi que por favor , estoy pidiendo cualquier pequeña donacion para ayudar con los gastos medicos, la sala de terapia, medicamentos y cual quier otras cosas que se necesitan durante este tiempo difícil .
