Support for Vivian Malchoff and Her Family

Over the past several months, Vivian Malchoff has been navigating a series of overwhelming family emergencies. She stepped away from work to care for both her mother and her husband through major medical events, traveling back and forth to Anchorage to support them through surgeries and recovery.

Just as things began to stabilize, Vivian’s mother, Umma Anesia, experienced another medical crisis that required emergency care — and then, in the midst of it all, her mother lost her home to a fire. With her mom’s long-term housing still uncertain, Vivian has been doing everything she can to keep her family safe and supported.
