Supporting Vince on His Road to Recovery
Donation protected

On June 7th, 2022 Vince suffered a stroke that was the result of a vertebral artery dissection. He was airlifted to Swedish Medical Center where he spent 7 days in the ICU and another 3 on the neuro/trauma unit. During that stay he was also diagnosed with end stage kidney failure. He is now in an acute rehab unit in Denver undergoing intensive therapy to regain his speech, vision, balance, coordination and the ability to walk on his own. While he is expected to make a full recovery, he still has a long road ahead of him. He will need continued therapy and long term dialysis with the possibility of needing a kidney transplant.
Vince is self-employed as a personal trainer, massage therapist and the sole operator of The Gym of Aspen. He has always been known to be giving and generous and always there to lift up anyone in need. Vince now needs all the support he can get to help cover significant medical expenses incurred as a result of this traumatic event, along with his continued need for therapy, ongoing dialysis & life expenses.
Vince has always been a very dedicated and hard worker. He loves the gym and that it gives locals and visitors a place to focus on their own personal health & fitness. He loves training and massage because it gives him the opportunity to help people recover & feel better. It is through this that he provides for his family and right now, he is unable to work & is incurring huge expenses and is unable to meet even his most basic financial needs. We are asking for help from anyone that is able to support him in this time of need. Let’s pull together and get this amazing human back on his feet.
