Supporting Victor Montes Recovery After Stroke
Donation protected
On Tuesday, September 1st, 2020, Victor Montes, a teacher, coach, and devoted husband and father, was rushed to the hospital after suffering a stroke. He underwent surgery to remove five small blood clots.
He is currently stable in the ICU but over the next few weeks he will undergo intensive in-patient rehab to regain mobility on his left side. He and his family are in need of financial support to help cover the medical expenses during this difficult time.
As a science teacher, wrestling coach and football coach at Austin High School, Victor Montes has championed many students' success through his intentional character. He is also a leader in his school community through the mentoring programs: FCA (Fellowship for Christian Athletes), and Stand Up and Be Courageous- a program intended to help and mold young students into responsible men in society. He is a loving and supportive husband and father.
All donations will go to any medical bills not covered by insurance.
