Hi everyone, my name is Shelby Evans. As many of you know, we lost Matthew unexpectedly Saturday morning. Matt was a well loved fiancé; his and Tyler’s love was pure magic to witness. He was a devoted & active father to his son, Brantley. He loved and adored Taelynn & Axel like they were his own. Matt and Tyler built their blended family on the strongest foundation; true fierce love. Matt was a loved son, brother, best friend, and coach to hundreds of children in our community. He never failed to put a smile on your face, he gave his all in every event, & he did it because he wanted to. Others success and happiness was his mission. I’d have to write an entire book to fully describe how wonderful this man was but if you knew him, you understand.

Matt & Tyler were renting until they found their forever home and that is my biggest worry right now. Tyler works a full time job, she goes to work sick, and only misses when it’s an absolute necessity. I have started this fundraiser because even though I know she is going to get back to work as quickly as she can, this is a one income household now. Rent is 1200 a month. Utilities can easily match half of that depending the season. Groceries are through the roof and that’s buying value brands. Vehicle payments, gas, insurance, etc. We all know the burden of bills well and I know what I am asking is a lot. I had to put a total amount. This number covers 8 months of rent plus $400 for other things OR it covers 6 months of rent and $2,800 for other expenses. This will get her to the end of her lease that they agreed on. What the future truly holds will be addressed as we get closer. She is the last person to ever ask for help and the first to offer it where she can, however I know she is going to need all the help she can get in the upcoming months.
