Supporting Twins' Healing After Tragedy

I want to start off by saying THANK YOU all for the support we had in Tyler. As everyone knows, on March 18, 2025, me and my family's life took a huge turn. While at work, I received a deadly phone call, leaving myself and my family shattered. My 17-year-old twin boys were gunned down, leaving them unable to walk at the moment, in my hometown, Fairfield, TX. We were at UT Tyler, a week in ICU, and two weeks on the recovery floor. We have been in Dallas at rehab since April 8th. All of their donations went towards everything we all needed, being me and my brother were there a few days with NOTHING, so please don’t think the donations are going towards anything for me personally because I had my own money plus paid my bills with my own money. The reason for this GoFundMe is so I can relocate me and my family so they can continue to do their outpatient care here at the best. I’m not asking for the world because I can take care of me. I have not worked since 3-18-2025 and stayed in my bed since 3-18-2025. I have been filling out lots of job applications, which I have an interview set up for Friday. If you can find it in your heart to just share, nothing is too small.

That was the reason I closed out the first GoFundMe. I didn’t even let it reach $3000 due to the fact I didn’t know what our next step was going to be. I’m a single mother of FOUR who’s trying to still do for all. Once again, it’s strongly appreciated. The boys are improving and impressing strongly. And I just really need to lean on my community now to help me meet this goal to make this as smooth as can be since it’s only me, and if I got to get 5 jobs, that’s just what I’m gonna do!!!
