Supporting T’s love for wrestling

Hello my name is Courtney I am setting this fundraiser up for my daughter Tiearra she has qualified to wrestle in Florida at the Disney Duals and with me being a single mom of three kiddos who all wrestle it’s going to be very hard for me to swing this. I support her in every which way possible and love being able to watch her achieve her goals and her dreams and I don’t want that not to happen just because money is tight. I love wrestling because it is something not everyone can do. Knowing that it is something that only a few people can do makes me love the sport. I love to wrestle because it is a way to spend time with family and make another family on the team. I earned the opportunity to wrestle at Disney duals this year because I worked hard in practice and it has been on my mind since I was younger because I have always wanted to go to Florida and having the opportunity to wrestle and go to Florida at the same time is really something that is a dream come true. I want to continue my career by going to college and wrestling there and to be the first girl in my family to go to college for wrestling. I would like to continue improving in this sport and being a role model for all of the girls that are starting in the program today. Knowing that there are people looking up to me is another reason I push myself to be my best because I would never want to let them down. I think that young girls that look up to me are a motivation for me because that’s the next generation and I want to set the standards high for them so they can accomplish their goals also.
