Supporting Tory

Tory came to Erie from San Diego to visit his mother, whom many of you know was in declining health. He unexpectedly suffered multiple strokes, they found a hole in his heart, and several other issues came up while in the hospital. He then had to be transferred to Pittsburgh hospital, where he has been on a ventilator for 14 days and suffered brain damage and other issues. His medical insurance was cut off; the family is working on the insurance and trying to assist his girls with traveling to see their dad, maintaining lodging for his sister, who came from California to be by his side, purchase flights and food. Tory loved life and was a very active man working for over a decade at the shipyard, the sole provider for his family and a gentle giant loved by all.
