My name is Timothy Meloy. I have a young son with Williams Syndrome. Williams Syndrome is a genetic defect that affects only 1 in ten thousand children born. I hope someday they will be able to find a cure or a way to detect it earlier.

My son, who is 6 years old, has yet to say his first words or take his first steps on his own, but my love and hope for his future have never been greater. Thank all of you for listening to my story.
