It is with such great sadness that we are creating this Go Fund Me for The Carter Family . Heartbreakingly, Kristen, who fought long and hard for weeks against COVID 19 and Pneumonia lost her battle on September 8th at just 33 years old.

 

I first met Tim, Kristen and their four beautiful children a couple months back at an appointment to list their home. a couple of weeks before closing Kristen was admitted into the hospital for COVID 19 and then proceeded to get pneumonia. What we prayed would be a short visit, lasted about six weeks before Kristen lost her fight. During this time her husband, Tim, who is a retired Airforce veteran, was unable to work. He was not only by his wife's bedside as much as he could be, but also a caregiver for his brother who is paralyzed from the neck down and a full time father of 4 sweet children who he had to protect from this nightmare his family was living.

 

Kristen had a dream for her family in which I was fortunate enough for her to share with me.... her vision for her dream home in which we are currently under contract for. Tim and Kristen are building this dream home that Kristen wanted her entire family to be able to come home to daily, being filled with love and a home that shows what they have all been able to build together as a family. With that being said, myself, The Pittman Group and Keller Williams Realty as a family want to ensure that Kristen's Dream becomes a reality for her husband and four children and with that comes costs.

 

This situation has not only physically, mentally but also financially taken a toll on Tim, Kayden, Aniyah, Micaiah, and Zion who now have to live without their beautiful wife and mother. Our goal is to make sure that Kristen's dream home can be built off of one parents income on top of all other financial stresses come with losing a loved one.

 

The short time I was lucky enough to know Kristen, It was clear the love she has instilled in her entire family. I was lucky to know her.
