Hi my name is Arlene Lewis and I am the Community Leader Representative for the Filipino Community Association, here in Exeter, Devon.

I am creating this fund raising to support three exceptional talented young Filipino children who are rising stars in Freestyle Dancing, who attend competitions all around the UK.

This fundraising is created to support Samantha Steward, 11 years old, Quhinn Amaris Vasques, 7 years old, and Jila Rae Melody Young, 7 years old, who are all amazing and exceptionally talented Filipino children. The funding that I am hoping to be able to raise is to support the three young girls parents to finance the young girls expenses when they attend competitions, costumes, training and with all the other fees associated with Freestyle Dancing competition.

These young dancers have demonstrated remarkable dedication, discipline, and achievement at an early age, earning top placements in national championships. Through consistent training and competition, they proudly represent their families and the Filipino Community with passion, confidence, and commitment.

Raising these funds is important to me because I want to see these three little girls to foster their self-confidence, motivation, emotional well-being, achieve their full potential and to strengthen the bond between parents and children.

It is fully recognised that the primary financial responsibility for these children rests with their parents. This GoFundMe is not intended to cover all expenses nor to replace parental responsibility.

Instead this fundraiser aims to provided supplementary support to help ease some of the financial pressures associated with competitive freestyle dancing. As the children progress and compete in higher-level events across the UK, costs increase significantly, particularly for travel-based championships.

How the Funds Will Be Used

All funds raised will be allocated strictly toward competition-related expenses, including: Competition entry fees, wristbands, Costumes, Transportation and Accommodation.
