Help the Arlington Wolves Pathfinder Club Replace Our Tents and Light Up Camp!

The Arlington Wolves Pathfinder Club is raising funds to continue upgrading our camping equipment so our youth can have safe, memorable, and meaningful experiences outdoors.

Our Goal

We are seeking support to purchase:

6 new TETON Sports Canvas Tents (Mesa 14’, 8-Person Tent) – $699 each

Why We Need Your Help

Since last summer’s International Camporee, our club has been working to replace our aging tents. Last fall, we purchased four TETON canvas tents, and they proved their worth this spring by standing strong through very windy conditions at the Texas Conference camp. Unfortunately, our other six older tents did not survive the event and could not be used again.

Your generosity will help us replace these tents with durable, high-quality canvas tents that will serve our club for many years to come.

Stretch Goals

While replacing the tents is our main priority, we also have stretch goals:

Portable Power Station + Solar Panel – To provide clean, reliable power for lighting our camp after sundown.

New Club Entrance – Materials to build a welcoming entrance that represents our club spirit.

Future Camporee Reserves – Any additional funds will be saved to prepare for the next International Camporee and its expenses.

Why It Matters

The Pathfinder program helps young people develop leadership, teamwork, and outdoor skills, all while growing spiritually and building lifelong friendships. Having reliable equipment ensures that our youth can focus on learning, worship, and adventure instead of worrying about torn tents or being left in the dark.
