Supporting the Schulzies

In January, Dan, Abby, and Parker faced a life-altering event as Dan's health rapidly deteriorated due to liver failure. After a prolonged hospital stay, he successfully underwent a liver transplant on Feb 29. Although grateful for insurance covering a significant part of the hospital costs, they now grapple with uncovered medical bills and the financial strain from lost wages during Dan's hospitalization and ongoing recovery (could last up to/more than 6 months).
