Early, Saturday morning on July 10th, I had received a call from Mariah(Sister-in Law) that her mom was taking in her step dad to the ER. A week and a half prior, Both Keri and Robert had tested positive for COVID and were sent home to quarantine. Little did we know what this was about to turn into.

 

Robert had been gasping for air and demanded that he needed t go to the hospital. Robert Admitted to Honor Health Shea. As all of us were holding our breath, we had received a call to confirm the Robert had taken a turn for the worst. After two weeks of "up and down" progression, Keri received word that Robert was tragically declining and needed to be intubated in order to save his. Robert was intubated and placed on 100% O2. Currently on Life Support, we are waiting to hear if he will approve for a lung transplant. 

 

With the enormous hospital bill on the way, I know we cannot do this on our own. From the bottom of my heart, I ache for Michael's family. Robert is a grandfather of four girls and soon to be FIVE! By supporting us in raising this money, it will help will Keri have some relief and peace financially. In addition to helping financially, all prayers are appreciated. 

How to pray for us:

Pray that if he should approve for a Lung Transplant, that one would be available right away. Here are some pictures of Robert and his beautiful grandchildren.

Pray for Strength/Peace/Comfort for Roberts family by name: Keri - Spouse, Ezra (and family)- Son, Noah(and family) - Son, Michael(and family) Step-son, Mariah(and family) -step-daughter. 

Pray for discernment for what ever decisions may need to be made by Keri and his kids. 

Please pray for our hearts as we are grieving throughout this process. 

As this is very overwhelming to all of us, I ask that you pray for guidance and wisdom.
