It is with a heavy heart that I create this GoFundMe page.

My name is Carlie, and my colleague and long-time friend, Bhavin Raval, is currently missing following the devastating floods in Nepal.

What was meant to be a sacred pilgrimage to the Mount Kailash and Lake Mansarovar region in Nepal and Tibet has turned into a catastrophic, life-changing event for so many families, including Bhavin's.

Bhavin and his wife, Aarti, have been an important part of my life for the past 17 years. We began working together in 2009, and this December Bhavin was due to celebrate an incredible 17 years with our company. Throughout that time, he has become so much more than a colleague. He is a trusted friend, a respected leader, a mentor, and a role model to countless people.

To know Bhavin is to know genuine kindness. He is the epitome of a gentleman: humble, caring, compassionate, and fiercely loyal. No challenge is ever too great, no request ever too much trouble. He has always been the first person to offer support, encouragement, or a helping hand without expecting anything in return.

But above all else, Bhavin's greatest pride and joy is his family. He is an exceptional father to his two beautiful sons, aged 13 and 8. Everything he does is for them. He is the dad cheering from the sidelines, celebrating every achievement, offering guidance during difficult moments, and creating a home filled with love, laughter, and security. His boys absolutely adore him, and he has been a constant source of strength, wisdom, and unconditional love throughout their lives.

Bhavin is also a devoted and supportive husband to Aarti. Together they have built a beautiful life over 18 years of marriage, founded on love, friendship, respect, and unwavering partnership. Their relationship is one that inspires those around them, and anyone who knows them has witnessed the deep bond they share.

In 2014, Bhavin proudly became an Australian citizen. He embraced Australia as his home and lived every day embodying the values of community, generosity, hard work, and respect. He has contributed so much to the people around him, both professionally and personally, leaving a lasting positive impact wherever he goes.

Today, his family faces unimaginable uncertainty, heartbreak, and challenges. While we all continue to hope and pray for answers, we want to ensure that Aarti and their boys are surrounded by the support they need during this incredibly difficult time.
