Supporting the Phillips Family

PLEASE DONT UPDATE GAV AND MICHELLE ON THE $$ TOTAL. THIS WILL BE A SURPRISE! **we would like everyone to note...this fundraiser has not come about because Gav and Michelle are in financial trouble or because they have reached out for help. This is about us, our friends and family wanting to help them in any way we can, we know this money is going to make a huge difference for them and help them when they need it most**

We are raising money for Gavin & Michelle Phillips. Gav & Michelle are a one of a kind couple...Husband & Wife, best friends, drinking buddies, hunting partners, grandparents and all round generous people. 

Last year Gavin was diagnosed with stomach cancer. It has been a very difficult time for the whole family. Gav has been unable to work for the last 12 months, meaning Michelle has been working her butt off to keep them going. This has been so hard for Gav who cannot sit still at the best of times. Michelle has taken it like the legend she is and has done it without complaint.

We all know that Gav and Michelle are the first to lend a hand when you need it, and now the opportunity is here for us to give back!

They have all the same bills as you and I and just imagine doing that on one income. 'Somethings gotta give'

So we ask you to dig deep, give what you can in this trying time to help them. 

As if you needed another reason to donate...Gav's son in law Davo Thorburn will be shaving off his beard which he has been working on for the last 2 years to raise more funds and support his much loved father in law. 

This fundraiser is going to be short and sharp. The final date and the date that Davo will be shaving his beard will be Sunday 20th December so get your donations in quick! 

This being a personal fundraiser, 100% of money raised goes directly to Gav and Michelle so they can use however they need.
