Olivia was the 5 year old daughter of Shalamar & Keith Outlaw. After a myriad of ever evolving diagnosis, it was clear that our Olivia was truly one of a kind, and her life story would be a chapter, not a book. The chapter of Olivia was filled with love, belly laughs, cuddles, and wide open mouthed kisses on our foreheads.
