Supporting the Newest Member of the Reed Family!

Emmie Jane Reed was born on September 2nd to Michael and Kristin Reed in Tuscaloosa, AL. Michael is the owner of Yellowhammer Tent & Event and Kristin is the children’s minister at their church. Being born a few weeks early, Emmie’s weight required that she stay in the NICU for a week of monitoring. At the end of that week, Emmie was discharged home only one day before some swelling was discovered in her stomach. On September 16th, Emmie was taken to the ER at Birmingham Children’s where the doctor admitted her for necrotizing enterocolitis. As of October 2nd, Emmie has been discharged home with her mommy and daddy. An answer to prayer!
