Our hearts are broken for the families affected by today’s tragedy at Stryker Sports Complex. What should have been an afternoon of children playing soccer and families cheering them on ended in devastating loss. We grieve with those who lost loved ones, pray for those who are injured, and hold close the children, families, and others who witnessed the unimaginable.

Wichita is our home. These are our neighbors. In moments like this, we take care of one another.

From Sunday, October 18, through Sunday, October 24, Meddys will donate 20% of all revenue from our Wichita and Salina locations to the families affected by this tragedy.

We will also provide free Meddys meals to the immediate families of those injured for as long as their loved ones remain in the hospital. With so much to carry right now, figuring out your next meal should not have to be one more worry.

We hope this support can ease some of the burden in the days ahead and remind these families that their community is beside them.

A lot of people don't live in the area and asked how they can help, so we partnered with Kingdom Athletics Mission, a nonprofit organization, to receive funds and distribute them to the McPherson families affected.
