To know her is to truly love her. A perfect blend of positivity, wit, sarcasm, work ethic, and kindness, the sudden loss of Amy Madrigal on May 22, 2023 to a serious stroke is heartbreaking, and has her family, friends, and school communities reeling.

She is remembered as a favorite teacher, caring coach, hard-working athletic director, unparalleled assistant principal, loving sister, daughter, aunt, and friend. But, her true legacy is the role she valued above all else - devoted mother to Mila and Oliver and step mother to Anthony alongside the love of her life, Rudy. They were her world as she was to them. Her smile was never brighter than when they were near and without her, as can be imagined, they have a long journey ahead.

Rudy vows to raise Mila and Oliver the way Amy would have wanted - with a big caring and loving heart and with a sense of giving and helping those who needed it the most, just like their amazing mother.
