The Kramers are expecting boy/girl twins due the beginning of September. This pregnancy has been full of mixed emotions as Nick and Sydney celebrate new life while also carrying grief and heartache after discovering their little boy has a terminal diagnosis due to a severe brain abnormality known as Alobar Holoprosencephaly. On top of this devastating news, Nick and Sydney just moved across the country to Detroit, MI for Nick to begin his residency program. They have left everything they know in Las Vegas- their church community, friends, classmates, healthcare providers. They are beginning a new chapter in Detroit, but need support in this tragic and uncertain time.
