Supporting The Caines Family Home
Thank you everyone with the 1st part of donations for the mortuary fees regarding Ashley and her grandmother Sandy. Between both, it's over $6500 just in costs at the mortuary.
I'm trying to be sure my daughter's home is taken care of with property taxes, her home & earthquake insurance, along with a contractor bill from her new windows is taken care of. Not just to keep from a lean on the home, but for her children to continue living there till their dad gets on his feet with one income.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Everything left is going in savings for her two children ages 6 and 8.
Just 16 days ago, we were 4 generations celebrating Mother's Day and my Son's birthday. Today I mourn the loss of my best friends, my Mom Sandra Hinkle and my Daughter Ashley Caines.
On May 22, 2022 wasn't a day any mom should wake up to. My son came in screaming MOM & me screaming NO! My baby girl was gone.
There are no words to describe the feelings, the pain, the despair of losing your child. Especially when I just lost my Mom after almost 10 years of carrying for her while she deteriorated from dialysis.
Losing my best friends, a daughter & a mother does not compare to what my young grandchildren are going through. They asked "Is Mommy really gone?" and said "I'm getting kinda use to it because we lost Kusha, Grandma Sandy & now Mommy".
See, before they were born, Ashley's 1st baby was her Boston Terrier. She never went anywhere without Kusha. Then as a new mom of 2 babies, carrying 2 diaper bags and more, she always took Kusha. Kusha was with Ashley through every celebration, good and bad times, with her to work also. Then after 14yrs by my daughter's side, Kusha gained her wings. So really, Kusha was my fury Grandbaby and I miss her dearly.
Regardless of my daughter's personal suffering, her battles, the dark days of anxiety and depression, she was a WARRIOR! She not only fought her own dark battles, she would go into battle for all those she loved and the animals who she cared for at her work.
She loved her job and hated it too. Because there not only was new life & healing, but there was death & grieving. Working at Sand Canyon Animal Hospital was her other world she loved so dearly. Said she would always be there for her clients, her friend and boss.
Ashley also had her soul mate & love of her life who she leaves behind. Jesse n her were Ying n yang. They completed one another. Where one needed the other gave. Once in a lifetime love. They both went to dark places yet their light shown through so bright, nothing was going to hold either back. Together they overcame so much. I could rest easy knowing the kind of loving devoted parents they are for my grandchildren.
As a family, mourning both our loved ones leaving us, we now are preparing to celebrate their lives. Due to Ashley's children, her unexpected death, we are asking for your help in any way you can. We'd like to do a celebration of life for Ashley immediately.
Due to my own financial situation caring for my mom age 74, Sandra Hinkle, who passed away May 19th 2022, I'm a bit short. Mom broke her elbow Nov 3rd 2021, then in n out of hospital, two strokes, learning to stand etc and her dialysis 4xs a week, I had to take off from work these last 7 months. So unfortunately I can barely get by.
We deeply appreciate your prayers, any amount you can give. Planning of a service for Ashley as soon as we can get enough funds together. So thank you all so very much and God Bless.
