It is with profound sadness that we share the devastating loss of the Havea family. On the morning of 01/24/2026 at 201 Briarwick Ln, Colleyville, TX, a tragic house fire would change their lives forever.

In this heartbreaking event, the family’s beloved parents, two pillars of faith, love, and service lost their lives, Rev. Dr. Salesi (Charles) Havea and his beloved wife, Sela Lipoi Havea.

Rev. Dr. Salesi (Charles) Havea was a cherished pastor who dedicated his life to serving others, offering guidance, compassion, and hope to countless individuals and families in our community locally and in Tonga. His wife, Sela Lipoi Havea, stood faithfully by his side, known for her kindness, generosity, and unwavering devotion to her family. Together, they embodied love, humility, and service.

Their sons survived the fire but sustained serious injuries and were hospitalized. As they begin the long road to physical and emotional recovery, they are also facing the unimaginable grief of losing both parents and the home they grew up in, all at once.

This fundraiser has been created to support their family during this incredibly difficult time.
