Supporting the Gualandi's Fight

Hello, 
My name is Kellie and I am a close personal friend to an amazing family. They have been an amazing support for me and my family over the past year. They have recently discovered that their daughter, Marin, has Synovial Sarcoma. It is a rare cancer and on top of it, it has presented itself in a rare way. They have insurance but the treatments will still be expensive.  I am asking, if you can help this loving family weather a storm, no one should have to go through, and help with the treatment cost.
