My name is Andrew Destin, and I am a Northern California native whose family has been devastated by the Southern California wildfires.

My cousins, the Goldbergs, are from the Pacific Palisades and lost their home, personal belongings, clothing and irreplaceable keepsakes last week in the fire. My Uncle Danny grew up in that house, one that has been in the family for three generations. It's incomprehensible for me to come to terms with it being gone.
