Supporting the Fulgencio Family

Nikki was an integral member of the Gilbert Health Center family. Her loss will be deeply mourned by all of those who knew her.

She touched so many lives with her beautiful smile, positive attitude and dedication to patient care. Her passing has affected us all - our thoughts and well wishes go out to her family members, friends and loved ones.

We want to do something to honor Nikki and to relieve any stress from her family as possible. We appreciate anything that could be donated towards the cost of services for her memorial.
