Hey guys, I’m now in remission for the next year and a half. I am so grateful for life and to have your support. I can see myself at the finish line, and back to total health. Your love gift will encourage me to keep persevering.
Hi everyone, This has been an unpredictable year for me. May of 2024, I was diagnosed with Jaundice and my liver was showing signs of abnormal growth. I rushed to the hospital only to find out I needed a biopsy due to masses and blockages in the liver. This news made me panic and I became worried because I’m always upbeat and typically, I would be hosting my Strive School of Music Summer Camp. However, I had to put everything on hold and focus on my own personal health.
After six biopsies, MRI’s, PET scans, and tests they couldn’t determine what the masses were so I changed doctors and went to Baptist East Cancer Center for more answers. Baptist Cancer Center confirmed that I had Lymphoma and would need Chemotherapy immediately. This saddened me because I never imagined I would be sick to this degree nor would I ever have to ask for financial help from anyone. But here I am.
I’m asking all that trust and believe in me to support me during my time of illness. Your support will help with Copayments, Medication, Treatments, and bills that are accumulating monthly. Once I’m back on my feet, I promise to continue striving for excellence.
