Supporting the Family of Arthur “Bing” Brinkworth

There are no words to describe the sadness we feel in announcing the passing of Arthur Brinkworth, known by many friends and family as “Bing.” Our dad fought an uphill battle of recovery following a cardiac event, and unfortunately, he passed away on December 27th, 2023.
He was a son, a brother, a husband, and a father. We consider ourselves so lucky to have had him in our lives.
He is survived by his wife, Sally Brinkworth, and two children, Lindsey (aged 28) and Andrew Brinkworth (aged 22). Andrew is in his final year of College at Temple University and is set to graduate May of 2024. Lindsey is currently working on a whale watching boat in San Diego. Art has made an impact on countless family, friends, and acquaintances throughout his life. His loss was sudden and devastating to us all. Art was and forever will be a shining light to all of us and he will be missed deeply.
The outpouring of love and support we have received in the following days has been overwhelming, and we are so grateful to have so many people around us who loved him. We've set up this GoFundMe to help ease the unexpected challenges we now face. If you prefer, consider contributing to the Providence Animal Shelter in Bing's memory—a cause close to his heart since Nike, his beloved dog and best friend, came into his life nearly 8 years ago. A Funeral to honor and Celebrate the life of Arthur Brinkworth will be held on January 30th in Ridley Park, PA. If you would like to attend, please reach out to any of us for more information on the Service. Our dad was loved and left a mark on many lives and we would love to see everyone who was impacted by our dad’s life at the service. We love you so much Dad and you will be missed so very much.
