Supporting the Family of Andres Alva

It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of our dear friend and colleague, Andres Alva, on November 16, 2025, at the age of 46. Andres was a valued member of the Volta and W-Industries family, and his loss is profoundly felt by all who knew him. This loss leaves an irreplaceable gap in our workplace and in our hearts.

Remembering Andres

Dre was a quiet and even-keeled person. He never got too excited, and he approached life with patience and fairness. He was kind, always looking out for others, and appreciative of anything and everyone. Andres had a gift for seeing the best in people and bringing out the best in them. His warmth, humility, and generosity touched all who knew him.

In this difficult time, we are coming together to support the Alva family with funeral expenses and to help ease the financial burden they now face. A GoFundMe has been established by Volta, a W-Industries company, with 100% of proceeds going directly to Andres’s family.
