On 24th September, a horrific accident took the lives of Alison, Rachael, and eight rescue dogs during what should have been a hopeful journey to a new life in France. Many of you already know this heartbreaking news, and today I am asking for your help

This tragedy has not only shattered hearts — it has created a sudden and overwhelming financial crisis. No one wants money to overshadow grief, but as a friend, supporter of the rescue, and fundraiser myself, I know that funds are urgently needed.

The families and rescue community now face:

✈️ Flights to Romania

Vet bills

Rescheduled travel to France

Support for the surviving dogs — last reports suggest that two, possibly three dogs are still alive and needing help in Romania

Many other unforeseen expenses that arise when you are simply too overwhelmed to cope with them

We cannot take away their grief.

But together, we can help ease the financial burden that has fallen on them so suddenly.
