Supporting the Encina Family

The sudden passing of Christopher Edquid Encina has left a huge hole in our hearts.

A loving son, brother, husband, friend, and father to Baby Rafael, Chris touched the lives of so many through his kindness, energy, and humor. Baby Rafael is due July 24th, 2023.

He loved to rollerblade, mountain bike, and motorcycle. He also enjoyed sharing his art and could be found cooking up a storm in the kitchen. With his wife Cayla, they loved to explore the outdoors, and they got engaged while on a camping trip in Anza-Borrego Desert State Park. They married at Cayla’s parent’s ranch in 2021 with their pit bull, Tupac, by their side.

Chris was a massage therapist and was devoted to his work and clients in Sacramento and when they lived in Orange County. He was in school and aspired to transition into the medical field.

Please consider donating funds to support the Encina family as they transition through this difficult time. The proceeds will go directly to the family for end of life and other expenses and to support Cayla and Baby Rafael.
