Hi, I’m the owner of Pretty Perfect Pastries, a small, growing home bakery built around something I genuinely love — baking.

For me, baking has never just been about making something sweet. It’s creativity, comfort, therapy and a way of making something from scratch with my own hands. My dream is to turn that passion into something much bigger.

Pretty Perfect Pastries isn’t meant to be just another bakery. I want it to be a place where everything is made by hand, with care, using high-quality ingredients that I would be happy to eat myself. At a time when so much of the food we buy is heavily processed and can contain long lists of ingredients that most people have never even heard of, I want to do things differently.

When you think of a bakery, you might automatically think of unhealthy cakes, pastries and cookies. But I believe there’s a huge difference between something made fresh by hand, where you know exactly what has gone into it, and a mass-produced product that has been sitting on a supermarket shelf.

I make sure my ingredients are clearly listed across my social media so people can actually see what goes into the food they’re buying. I also make homemade sourdough from scratch, and everything I make is prepared in small batches rather than produced on a huge scale.

Right now, Pretty Perfect Pastries is still very small, which means I’m limited in what I can offer. At the moment, I’m mainly able to make cookies and a small selection of other homemade products. But that’s not where I want the journey to end.

My dream is to grow Pretty Perfect Pastries into a luxury, handmade pastry business — making beautiful pastries, breads, cakes and desserts completely from scratch. I want to eventually be able to offer a much wider range of products and create something that feels special every time someone orders from us.

I’m starting small, but I have a big vision for where this could go.

The money raised through this fundraiser would help me invest in the equipment, ingredients, packaging and other things needed to take Pretty Perfect Pastries from a small home bakery into the business I dream of building.

I’m not expecting this to happen overnight. I just want the opportunity to give this dream a real chance.
