This go fund me is for the Cossentine family. My sweet friend & Fire family are going through their worst nightmare right now. These funds will go directly to them, so they don’t have to worry about their finances while they are navigating this terrible situation.

Bailey (the mother), just had their second baby boy, Finnan, on December 1st at 37 weeks. 2 days after returning home they knew something was not right with their baby, so they brought him back to the doctors but got no answers. On December 4th, they brought him to the ER and found out he has a rare form of meningitis, got admitted, and is in critical condition. Since then, he has coded twice, is now on every form of anti-seizure medication, and is getting blood transfusions for his low platelet count. Update: He is now in a medically induced coma.

With all of that, Erik (the dad), who is a seasonal firefighter with Cal Fire and an EMT with AMR, is admitted to the hospital because of how sick he is. He is at a hospital 2hrs away from Bailey and Finn
