Hello, my name is Amanda Sherriff and with Terra Gustafson's permission I am creating this Go Fund me page to help her in this difficult time. All donations will go directly from Go Fund Me to Terra.

Together, we can give Terra the strength and peace of mind to focus fully on recovery.

In August, Terra was diagnosed with Angioinvasive Follicular Thyroid Carcinoma. Within four weeks, she underwent two surgeries. In September, a second type of cancer was found, a more rare and aggressive subtype of Papillary Thyroid cancer. Terra continues to face more testing to ensure the cancer has not metastasized any further, and soon will have treatment at Strong Memorial Hospital.

While this will be a temporary bump in the road, it hasn’t come without putting a halt on Terra’s daily life in the meantime. As many of you know, Terra is a licensed massage therapist and is self-employed. Her job is physically demanding and taxing on the body. The past few months have brought up new physical challenges for her. Due to this, Terra has had to take a significant step back from her business to focus on healing and recovery.

The financial strain of medical bills, travel, and everyday living expenses quickly adds up. This GoFundMe has been created to help ease the burden—covering medical costs, overhead for her business, and living expenses—so Terra can focus fully on healing.
