Our chemo unit is more than a workplace — it’s a family. One of our incredible nurses, Teresa, has recently experienced an unimaginable loss with the sudden passing of her mum just before Christmas.

Teresa has had to urgently fly back to the Philippines to be with her family and say goodbye, incurring unexpected and significant travel costs at an already heartbreaking time. As someone who gives so much care, compassion, and strength to others every single day, we would love to rally around her now and offer that same support in return.

This fundraiser is to help ease the financial burden of her emergency airfare so she can focus on what truly matters — grieving, being with her loved ones, and honoring her mum.
