Hi my name is Genevieve and I am writing this on behalf of my dear friend Heather O'Connor. Tenley's family's world has been turned upside down when Tenley was diagnosed with Leukemia on January 27th. Tenley and Heather were flown from KGH to BCCH in Vancouver that same day.

Tenley is currently receiving care at BC Children's Hospital (BCCH), which requires the family to live in Vancouver during the duration of treatment. While Heather and Sean are deeply grateful for the exceptional medical care they are receiving, being away from home for an extended and uncertain period of time of time will undoubtedly bring significant emotional and financial challenges for the family of five.

The cost of accommodations, transportation, meals and time away from work add up very quickly.

The O'Connor family's priority is to remain close to Tenley throughout every stage of her care.

This fundraiser has been created to help alleviate some of the financial burden and allow Tenley's family to focus on what matters most; supporting Tenley through treatment and recovery.
