We’re trying to show up for our friend Taryn after losing her brother, Austin.

This loss is hard to even put into words. Austin was Taryn’s last immediate family. She’s already had to say goodbye to her brother, Tyler, her dad, Troy, and her mom, Kit. And now Austin. It’s just… unimaginable.

Through all of that, Taryn, her husband Nick, and Austin held each other up. They were always there for one another. Their small group of friends became the family they didn’t have anymore, and Austin was such a big part of that. His absence is heavy and real and felt by all of us.

He loved Maddox so much. He wasn’t just an uncle. He showed up, he cared, he was present. That kind of love is hard to explain, and even harder to lose.

Right now, Taryn is grieving something no one should have to go through, while also facing the reality of funeral costs and everything that comes with it.

We’re asking for help to give Austin the goodbye he deserves and to take even a small piece of that weight off Taryn’s shoulders.
